It had a humble beginning with trust, quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction as the main motives of the founder’s entrepreneurial spirit. With superb technical ability, outstanding customer service, and the growing demand of the market in the eastern province, the founders used their enhanced knowledge & skills to diversify their business into new areas including trading and manufacturing.
The company has multiple facilities in Al Khobar, Dammam, and Jubail including showrooms, stores, warehouses, and a manufacturing facility.

Etihad Co. was founded in the year 2006. However, the owners began their endeavor in the HVAC industry in the year 1981 through our trading company.
The first factory was built in Bhaglaf industrial area (near Bahrain bridge). The new factory is being built in the 3rd industrial city of Dammam.
ISO 9001-2015, AHRI, ASHRAE, SMACNA, & etc. At Etihad Co., our imported goods (raw materials and HVAC&R components) are certified by QIMA, TUV, and SASO and many others.
Etihad Co. is developing new products to meet the HVAC&R market demands for both industrial and commercial organizations.
Etihad Co. was funded by entirely by its owners. The owners kept growing the company's capital every year.
Other than manufacturing, we are involved in trading of HVAC&R products, and Building Materials. We also undertake HVAC&R projects and maintenance contracts.
